1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
- Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged or spoiled.
- The packaging was broken or leaked at the time of delivery.
- Products once opened, used, or consumed are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Reporting an Issue
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process a claim, please email us at info@homemadeachar.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product/packaging issue
3. Resolution Process
- Once your claim is verified, we will offer you one of the following:
- Replacement product at no extra cost
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Orders not reported within the 48-hour window.
